What the connector accesses
The connector accesses the owner's Google account identifier and email address, Google Chat space metadata, and messages from spaces the owner has explicitly allowlisted. It requests only read-only Google Chat scopes.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to authenticate the connected account and to return requested space or message results to the authenticated owner through ChatGPT. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Storage and retention
OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. The connector stores account labels, allowlists, and incremental retrieval cursors, but does not persist Google Chat message bodies. Stored connection data remains until the owner disconnects the account or removes the deployment.
Sharing
Requested results are shared only with the authenticated owner's ChatGPT client. Render and Neon process data solely as hosting and database providers. Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Owner controls
The owner can disconnect an account through the connector and can also revoke access from Google Account permissions. Disconnecting removes stored tokens and associated connector state.
